Doorman & Security

ARMED FORCES BREWING COMPANY is seeking Doormen/Security specialists to stand the watch over our guests, staff, events, and to make sure everyone is having a great time at our brewery. You are the meaning of Got Your Six.

Job Duties:

• Maintain a high level of customer service as the first representative interacting with guests coming into the brewing facility and the last leaving the facility
• Following VA licensing guidelines when carding all patrons entering the premises
• Ensuring guest and staff safety while on premises
• Assist in the evacuation of the building in the case of an emergency
• Identify security problem areas and situations
• Coordinating and arranging alternative transportation for guests in need
• Occasional heavy lifting, moving & stacking of beer kegs & cases, tables, barstools, etc..

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to handle both typical & crisis situations efficiently and effectively
• Must have an undying respect for our country and our military members, Veterans, and first responders
• Must have availability on weekdays and/or weekends, and some holidays
• Can work until 12:30 AM and have reliable transportation
• Responsible and punctual
• Possessing good judgment, an even temperament, and communication skills
• Neat and professional appearance
• Can stand for extended periods of time

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate – $20-$24 Based On Experience
